Metal entrance ramp

The metal entrance ramp provides access and passage solutions, offering safety, comfort, and efficiency.

It is made of anti-slip 3 mm corrugated sheet metal and then painted in the color shade of the kiosk (White RAL 9002 - Silver RAL 9006 - Grey RAL 7015).

It can have handrails on the left and right, a landing, and generally any features required for its safe use.

Some of the main reasons for using metal ramps include:

Ease of access: A metal ramp can be used to create easier access inside the kiosk, bridging the 12 cm height difference. This is particularly useful for people with reduced mobility or disabilities, as well as for the easy transport of items.

Replacement of steps: In the case of elevated kiosks on foundations, metal ramps can also be used to replace steps, providing a straight and safe passage from one level to another.

Mounting & Fixation

  • The ramp is secured to the modular unit with two Φ16 holes and is connected using M14x140 hex bolts with double wide washers and nuts.

  • At the rampbase, a plate with two Φ12 holes is anchored to the ground with M10x120 expansion bolts, washers, and nuts.

Technical Specifications

  • Ramp width: 100 cm
  • Security railing: All ramps with a height difference > 0.50 m are equipped with a security railing.
