Galvanized Metal Gutter 200×100×2mm, Welded and Painted

Galvanized metal gutters have increased resistance to corrosion and are tested under extreme weather conditions. They offer improved aesthetics and cleanliness. Muddy surfaces and uncontrolled water flow are avoided, keeping the environment clean and well-organized.

The gutter has dimensions of 200×100×2mm and is continuously welded into a single section to ensure watertightness.

• At the points where the units connect, a terminal metal plate is welded, featuring two M10 holes for securing the next gutter section.

• Each unit includes at least four Φ50 drainage holes for rainwater runoff, with approximately 10 cm of Φ63 metal pipe stubs as outlets.

• The gutter also serves as an external protective overhang for entrance doors and windows.

• A decorative fascia can be installed on the gutter, extending 200 mm upwards, either for aesthetic purposes or to accommodate an advertising sign on the unit.

Roof Type:

Choose the same as your oikiskos:

• Default: Flat roof

• Optional: Single-pitch or double-pitch roof.

Gutter System:

• Perimeter Gutter 200×100×2 mm, matching the unit's dimensions, with an 11 cm perimeter overhang (default option).
• Perimeter Gutter with Canopy 200+200×100×2 mm, matching the unit's dimensions, with an 11 cm perimeter overhang (optional).

Coating:

• One coat of polyurethane primer in  the cabin's colors (White RAL 9002 - Silver RAL 9006 - Gray RAL 7015).

Warranty

Choose the same warranty period as your oikiskos:

• Default: 1 year (extendable)

Construction Time

Transport

• The transportation of the base can be carried out using a conventional flatbed truck for widths up to 2.5 m, and a special transport truck for widths of 3.0 m.
• The transportation cost is calculated based on the length of the truck bed occupied by the base (e.g., 3 m of truck for a 3 m gutter, etc.).

• The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, or it can be added manually by checking the locations of the technical support points hereto include an additional material transportation service.

CO2 Offset Options

• Default: 100% offset

• No offset

• 50% offset

Material Lifting

• Unloading can be done via forklift or crane

• If obstacles exist (trees, fences, cables), a larger crane is required

• Send a sketch/photo for accurate lifting calculations

• An initial setup is required, along with 0.5 hours of crane or forklift operation
