Dimensions:

The canopy can be constructed in the desired dimensions with the following limitations:

Length: 3.00 m (3.22 m including the gutter), with an option to extend by 1 m increments up to 14.00 m (14.22 m including the gutter).

The length of the canopy cannot exceed the length of the cabin.

Width: 3.00 m (3.11 m or 3.22 m including the gutter).

Select:

Add a shelter to a new oikiskos (ordered in the same cart).

Add to an existing oikiskos (that you have previously purchased).

Availability: The product is not readily available and is made to order.

Height:
Choose the same height as your modular building:

• Standard: External height of 2.50 m & internal height of 2.39 m.

• Optional: High Cube with an external height of 3.00 m & internal height of 2.89 m.

Foundation:

• Default: Without foundation (customer arranges anchoring method).

• Optional:

  • Concrete slab foundation (C16/20) 2.00x2.00x0.12 m with reinforcement mesh.

  • Reinforced concrete beams (C16/20) 3.00x0.30x0.30 m.

  • Reinforced concrete footings (C16/20) 1.00x1.00x0.50 m.

Frame:

• Default: High-rigidity welded metal frame.

• Optional: Heavy-duty or ultra-heavy-duty frame. (See construction methods.)

The canopy has support columns at the front and back, with a maximum spacing of 3 m.

Railings:

• Default: Without railings.

• Optional: Simple railing design, 0.90 m height, handrail Ø48, made of SHS 20x20x2 mm.

Flooring:

• WPC deck 25 mm in 4 color options.

• Default: No color selection.

• Optional: Light grey, dark grey, light brown, dark brown.

Roof Type:
Choose the same type as your modular building:

• Default: Flat roof.

• Optional: Single-pitched or double-pitched roof.

Roof Panel Thickness & Type: Same as the modular building’s roof.

Gutter: 200x100x2 mm on open sides.

Color: Roof panels in RAL 9002; gutter in the same color as the modular building’s gutter (White RAL 9002 - Silver RAL 9006 - Grey RAL 7015).

Electrical Installation:

• Default: No electrical installation.

• Optional: Extension of the electrical system without pre-drilled frame, including:

  • 1 LED ceiling light per 9 m²

  • 1 single switch

  • 1 power outlet

  • Wiring in plastic conduits.

Logos:

• Default: Painted logos on the gutter on all sides.

• Optional: Without logos.

Warranty:
Choose the same warranty as your modular building:

• Default: 1 year, extendable.

• Optional:

  • 1 year on-site, extendable.

  • 2 years, extendable.

  • 2 years on-site, extendable.

  • 3 years, extendable.

  • 3 years on-site, extendable.

  • 4 years, extendable.

Construction Time:
Choose the same option as for your modular building:

• Default: Based on production flow.

• Optional: Fast Pass service for quicker delivery.

Transportation:

• The width exceeds 2.50 m, so special transportation is required for your canopy.

  The canopy takes up transport space, and you will need to purchase an additional transportation service for it.

Lifting:

• Offloading can be done with a forklift (large forks) or a crane.

• The lifting capacity is calculated by multiplying the canopy weight by the installation distance.

• If obstacles (trees, fences, cables) are present, a larger crane may be required.

• If unsure, send a sketch and photos for us to assess the lifting equipment needed.

• Requires initial setup and approximately 1 hour of crane work.

Installation:

• Installation and adjustment can be done by one person.

• Expansion anchors M14 required for securing to the foundation.

• Hex bolts M14x200 required for connecting to the modular building.

CO2 Emissions Offset:

• Default: 100% estimated CO2 emissions offset.

• Optional:

  • No offset.

  • Partial offset (50% of estimated CO2 emissions).
