Accommodation and Meal Expenses Service
The "Accommodation and Meal Expenses" service must be added in the following cases:
- For the truck driver transporting cabins in all zones except A, B, and C.
- For the truck driver when the installation site is more than:
- 280 km for standard transport (an additional expense is added after and for every 500 km).
- 250 km for special transport from the authorized partner’s base (an additional expense is added after and for every 500 km).
- If the transportation or work site is on an island, for each day of stay on the island or the ferry.
Types of Cabin Transport
Cabin transportation is classified into:
- Standard transport for cabins with a width of up to 2.5 meters.
- Special transport for cabins with a greater width.
For standard transport, the maximum available trailer length is 12 meters, with a possible rear overhang of up to 1.5 meters.
For special transport, the maximum trailer length is 11 meters, also allowing for a rear overhang of up to 1.5 meters.
If multiple cabins are loaded onto the same vehicle, the mandatory distance between them must be 0.5 meters or 1 meter if air conditioning units are present.
Transportation Terms & Conditions
- The products are transported at the buyer’s responsibility and risk.
- All functionality checks and product handover take place at the factory before loading.
- The transporter is responsible for the transport, but the risk is borne by the buyer.
- Deliveries are carried out during normal working hours and days and include one hour of presence at the designated delivery address.
- Any extended waiting time beyond this period may incur additional charges based on the company’s current pricing list.
- Deliveries are made on the sidewalk, next to the transport vehicle, at ground level, provided that the truck can approach the location at the sole discretion of the driver.
- If obstacles (natural or artificial), parked vehicles, or roadworks prevent or delay delivery, the buyer must resolve the issue beforehand.
Unloading Within the Property
If the customer requests unloading within their property, this can be done only if the driver deems it feasible and the following conditions are met:
A) The access route must be paved, easily passable, and safe, without steep inclines.
B) There must be enough space for the truck to maneuver and exit moving forward after unloading.
C) There must be no obstacles that could damage the product or the truck.
D) There must be no restrictions on the use of unloading equipment.
If access is impossible, the product will be unloaded at a nearby location selected by the driver in agreement with the buyer. If no agreement is reached, the product will be returned to the company, with the buyer bearing return costs and storage fees.
