Immediate Warranty Extension

You will need to select the age of your unit and the period for which you wish to extend your warranty.

Extended Warranty Service Pricing Method
To activate the extended warranty service, you must purchase a number of service units equal to the appraised value of the modular unit and its accessories, as determined by the official inspection report. Specifically, one (1) service unit must be purchased for every one (1) euro of assessed value.

General Sales Conditions

  • The Warranty Extension can be purchased only if you own an oikiskos that has strictly followed and completed the scheduled maintenance program, as outlined in the user and maintenance manual from the date of purchase.

  • It is recommended to retain documentation certifying that all scheduled maintenance procedures have been completed. This includes both tax receipts and certificates issued by the authorized technical service network. All maintenance and repair work must be carried out by qualified engineers with a high level of technical knowledge and specific professional skills, such as those found within the authorized network.

  • All the above must be documented in a unit inspection and evaluation report.


Service Terms

The warranty can be extended up to 5 years from the manufacturing date of the oikiskos.

In the case of a warranty extension, coverage is valid for malfunctions occurring after 90 days from the date of service purchase, and only for issues that were unknown to the user at the time of purchase. Repairs are provided after the first 6 months for the following indicative (but not limited to) issues:

  • Failures or defects due to manufacturing errors

  • Component issues with window and door frames (e.g., hinges, locks, accessories)

  • Electrical installation components (switches, sockets) – sparking or burnt smell

  • Faded or worn-out gutter paint

  • Surface oxidation (non-corrosive) on metal parts

  • Cracks in non-load-bearing internal materials, etc.

Repairs provided after the first 12 months (and only if the warranty is still active) cover indicative but not limited to:

  • Painting or corrosion issues on the frame

  • Deformation or breakage in door/window frames from poor installation or misalignment

  • Glass pane repairs

  • Corrosion or wear in panel or frame joints

  • Electrical system issues due to construction defects

  • Plumbing or HVAC pipe failures, etc.

Repairs provided after the first 24 months (and only with active warranty) cover:

  • Roof or side panel sealing

  • Floor damage from subsidence, swelling, or cracking

  • Significant cracks or deformation in the metal frame

  • Full or partial detachment of wall panels

  • Severe corrosion of structural elements

  • Discoloration, corrosion, swelling, or cracks in sandwich panels, etc.


Warranties

The company's warranty covers labor only. Products integrated into projects or sold in our physical or online stores are covered by the official manufacturer warranties, as the company does not replace factories or their authorized agents.

For certain high-quality products, the company may offer an extended warranty period, which will be indicated on the packaging or accompanying documents (e.g., user manuals). Repairs are carried out at the company’s technical facilities, with the product delivered by the customer during working days and hours.

If repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with another of equivalent technical specifications. Shipping and insurance to and from the service center are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The repair period depends on spare parts availability. The choice between repair and replacement is at the company's sole discretion, and replaced parts become the company's property. This warranty does not cover consumables.

Company technicians will install only materials supplied by the company. The warranty is void if the original proof of purchase is not provided.

The company is not responsible for damages to materials not purchased from it, regardless of warranty status. On-site technician visits are charged according to the price list unless the customer has purchased an “on-site warranty” package, which includes free visits.

Products left unclaimed for more than 7 calendar days from completion of service or failed communication will incur storage fees. If these fees exceed the product's value, the company gains ownership of the item.

The company’s maximum liability is limited to the product/service cost or the cost of repair/replacement.

The warranty does not cover:

  • On-site inspections/repairs (unless “on-site warranty” applies)

  • Damage from misuse

  • Failures due to plumbing, heating, cooling, or hot water systems not monitored by the customer

  • Products not installed by company personnel

  • Tampering by unauthorized technicians or use of non-original parts

  • Repairs or maintenance not aligned with approved procedures

  • Malfunctions due to poor usage, faulty connections, accidental damage, vibrations, animal or human interference, force majeure, extreme weather, humidity, or chemical exposure

  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers or labels

  • Usage beyond manufacturer specs or in unpredictable environments

  • Non-compliance with the manufacturer's usage/maintenance instructions or updates (posted on our website)

Responsibility for monitoring changes to terms/instructions lies with the customer.

Even in installations performed by the company, incorrect installation guidance by the customer waives any guarantee. Customers must facilitate access and cooperation for the company to fulfill its obligations. Failure to do so may void service obligations.

Before any intervention, the customer must remove third-party products.

Secondary damage (e.g., floor swelling caused by roof leak) is not covered—only the primary fault (roof) is.

The warranty is valid only upon full payment of the product and absence of outstanding balances. It is also subject to proof of correct location submission and confirmation that the unit is installed at the declared site.

Abuse of warranty terms voids all coverage.


What the On-Site Warranty Covers

The on-site warranty includes free technician visits for covered issues during the warranty period.

If the issue is found to be non-covered, travel and labor will be charged according to the price list.

For public sector clients, the on-site warranty package is mandatory and is considered part of the supply contract, even if not explicitly listed in the offer.
