Required Reinforced Concrete Pedestals Calculation

You will need (Length of the prefabricated unit in meters / 3) + 1 pedestals.

Example Calculations:

  • For a 3.00m x 3.00m unit → 2 pedestals
  • For a 6.00m x 3.00m unit → 3 pedestals
  • For a 9.00m x 3.00m unit → 4 pedestals

Carbon Emissions Offset Options

  • 100% offset of estimated CO2 emissions (Default)
  • No offset
  • Partial offset – 50% of estimated CO2 emissions

Transportation

  • Can be transported using a curtain-sided truck or a flatbed truck for conventional transport.
  • If the supply of beams is carried out alongside the purchase of a new housing unit, there is no transportation charge, as the product will be delivered with the same truck transporting the housing unit.

    Otherwise, the transportation is charged as follows:

    • For supports of 1.70m, 2.20m, and 2.70m, truck bed length: 0.30m/ unit
    • For supports of 3.20m, truck bed length: 0.50m / unit

Lifting & Unloading

  • Unloading can be done using a forklift or a crane truck.
  • To calculate the required lifting capacity, multiply the weight of the unit by the placement distance.
  • If obstacles (trees, fences, or cables) are present, a larger crane may be required.
  • If unsure, you can send us a simple sketch and photos so we can calculate the required lifting capacity for you.
  • Initial setup requires approximately 0.5 hours of crane work.
